PLS Corporation has a long history surveying Northern Colorado and Wyoming.  A purchase of the long established Frederick Land Surveying in Loveland, Colorado in 1997 provided a wealth of information, data and experience in this region dating back to 1982.  In 2008, PLS Group was formed focusing on the needs of the oil and gas industry in Wyoming and Nebraska.  Merging the operations in Colorado and Wyoming led to the name change of PLS Corporation, a land surveying only firm.  Providing land surveying services exclusively allows us to maintain high quality standards for accuracy, timely delivery and cost efficiency.  PLS Corporation utilizes the most advanced surveying technology and we are one of the first small survey only firms to utilize Real Time Kinematic (RTK), Global Positioning System (GPS) and automated Robotic Total Station services on all of our projects.

As a locally owned land surveying firm, our entire personnel - from the field to the office staff - care deeply about every project that enters our office.  From the owner on down, each individual adheres to strict guidelines for quality control.  We strive to meet each clients needs and can often begin a new project within 24 hours.  All personnel are invested in our region and serve the community in a variety of ways.

Our owner, Bryan Short is a registered professional land surveyor with over 40 years of experience.  After graduating from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Land Surveying he worked in Central Florida eventually opening his own firm.  In 1997, Mr Short and his family moved to Colorado and purchased Frederick Land Surveying.  A strong work ethic producing high quality work led to today's thriving firm of PLS Corporation.  Mr. Short and his family have been active members of our community and enjoy serving on local volunteer boards including Bounce Animal Rescue.
